Since September 2023, Erika has served as the Director of Consumer Media at the White House. She established the first-ever White House consumer media strategy to reach non-political audiences for the Biden-Harris Administration, including booking, prepping and staffing senior-level officials, Cabinet members and surrogate interviews for magazines, daytime talk show TV, podcasts and radio. She pitched and landed over 315 interviews and 250 additional stories on Administration’s policy announcements, including student debt relief, climate, economy, AI, healthcare, reproductive rights, infrastructure, housing and mental health.
